Flight reward bookings made through Qantas Contact Centres require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Some countries or regions outside Australia require bookings to be made 14 days or more in advance.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
# Fees will be automatically waived on changes or cancellations to any domestic Classic Flight Reward booking made, changed or cancelled until 30 September 2022 and to Trans-Tasman or International Classic Flight Reward bookings made before 30 September 2022 and changed or cancelled by 31 December 2022. Additional points may be required. To be eligible for the fee waiver, all flights in your booking must be Classic Flight Rewards. If you combine Classic Flight Rewards with non-Classic Flight Reward fares ("Commercial Fares"), the cancellation fee waiver will not apply. Reward Assistance and Service Fees may apply.
