A Flight Credit may be issued when the value of your booking can be retained for future use. Different conditions will apply to your Flight Credit depending on when your original booking was made and why the Flight Credit was issued.
Qantas Pass is a virtual account that stores the value of certain Flight Credits. If your Flight Credit has been converted to a Qantas Pass, the original booking contact will be emailed with the Qantas Pass number, expiry date and important information about its use.
