Errors When Trying to View Your Bookings

You can service your customer's needs at Manage Booking when your customer is booked on any Qantas or QantasLink flight, we service any type of booking whether it's made online or in your GDS.

If you receive an error that reads: "The site is experiencing difficulties at present. We apologies for the delay and will endeavour to restore operations as soon as possible". Please check your details and try again, if the problem persists please send us feedback via email and type in the subject line "Technical Support" and advise us of the error you are receiving.

Be sure to include the booking reference and customers last name in the e-mail.
