Qantas NDC makes it easier for you to manage schedule changes by removing the manual ticketing steps required in EDIFACT. If your customer needs to change their reaccommodated flight, you can easily select from a range of alternative options aligned with the Qantas Schedule Change policy, reducing errors and helping you avoid ADMs.

You'll also benefit from automatic re-pricing of alternate flights, with additional collections and change fees waived. These waivers are built into Qantas NDC offers, saving you time and ensuring a smoother experience for both you and your customers.
