Why has the number of learning bites been reduced?
In early 2021, the Learning Hub moved to a new and improved digital platform. This allowed us to align our content with the changed market conditions, our current product and network offering and to best support your development in assist you to sell Qantas.
What types of learning are available in the Hub?
We understand that everyone learns differently and at their own pace. As we build new content, we will be offering exciting and engaging ways for you to learn with us 24/7 on any device so you can learn at your own pace at a time that is convenient for you. These may vary from e-learns, infographics, podcasts, videos, virtual classrooms and more…
Does the Learning Hub have foreign language capability?
The language of the website can be changed to various languages available in the settings. Currently our learning content is created in English only with scope to look at changing this in the future.
Will my learning completion be tracked?
Yes, your learning is tracked so you can see what learning you have already completed and have a record of completions.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. The Qantas Learning Hub is a personalised and secure digital learning platform.
How do I submit feedback?

Can I access my learning from home? Any device?
With flexibility in mind we offer 24/7 access to the Learning Hub on any device, you can learn at your own pace at a time that is convenient for you.

I am already and existing learning hub member, why do I need to re-register?
Since the onset of COVID-19, the travel industry and Qantas have had to evolve during these unprecedented times. The Learning Hub moved to a new platform, providing the site with a new look and feel along with new learning content for you to explore. The new platform is smaller than the old Learning Hub, with a range of exciting learning opportunities tailored to suit today’s market, current learning statuses and registrations were also reset to reflect the site’s new content.
How do I join the Learning Hub?
It’s easy. Just click on the Register button located on the Qantas Agency Connect learning hub page and complete the registration form. You’ll receive an automated email response with your confirmed access details within a few minutes. You can then access the Hub and update your user profile.
Do I need an IATA or TIDS number?
Yes. You’ll need to provide either your valid agency IATA or TIDS number to register to use the Qantas Learning Hub.
Do I need to be a registered travel agent?
Yes. You need to be a registered Travel Agent with a valid IATA/TIDS number to access the Qantas Learning Hub.
How long does the registration process take?
It is a simple two-step process. First you register with your name, email and IATA/TIDS number, then we send you an email to complete your user profile. Once you have updated your profile you are ready to learn with us.

Why do I have to log in twice to the Learning hub and Qantas Agency Connect sites?
The Qantas Agency Connect site has been set up for access for the Agency/Office recognising the office IATA/TIDs number, the Learning Hub has been set up on an individual profile to allow for personalised service.
