Qantas Distribution Platform launches companion fare offer capability

The Qantas Distribution Platform now has the capability to distribute companion fare offers. When shopping via the Qantas Distribution Platform, you will be able to identify and sell discounted fares on eligible flights to customers that travel together on the same itinerary. 

The first companion fare offer will be released through the Qantas Distribution Platform in the coming months. Travel agents who are participating in the Qantas Channel and make bookings via the Qantas Distribution Platform will be able to access companion fare offers. These offers will be made available from time-to-time on eligible flights.

Access to companion fare offers is dependent on the capability of your Technology Partner. Please check with your Technology Partner to find out when companion fare offers will be available to access and sell via the Qantas Distribution Platform.
