Changes to lounge operations

We have seen a dramatic and unprecedented decline in demand for travel in response to the Coronavirus, and furthered by international travel restrictions.

As a result, we have made significant cuts to our international and domestic network.

In line with this, we’ll be temporarily closing our international lounges and a number of our domestic lounges. We are currently considering options for impacted customers.
