Qantas’ COVID credit program is one of the most flexible among global carriers. Our Credits have been extended three times since 2020 to make it easier for your customers to use their remaining credits for their next Australian domestic or international trip, this year or next.
More support and time for your customers to use their travel credit
If your customer had a travel credit issued during COVID (bookings made on or before 30 September 2021), they must book by 31 December 2023 but can enjoy an additional 12 months to travel. We've made it easier than ever for them to use their travel credit, now all that's left to do is put it to use on their next adventure.
