Qantas Agency Connect Service Fees

When the Qantas Agency Connect Team has agreed to issue/reissue your customer’s Qantas ticket, the following service fee applies:

Application of Qantas Agency Connect Service Fee

The following ticketing transactions by the Qantas Agency Connect Team require the Service Fee:

  • Name Corrections
  • GDS system outages/faults with a job number
  • Other Airlines coupon status is not updated to flown and travel is imminent
  • Subsequent reissues by Qantas Agency Connect

Exemptions to Qantas Agency Connect Service Fee

The following ticketing transactions by the Qantas Agency Connect Team are exempt from the service fee:

  • Involuntary reissues due to a Qantas schedule change
  • Subsequent reissue of a schedule change
  • A coupon for a Qantas flight has not updated to flown and travel is imminent

EMD Payments

An EMD-S (stand-alone) is required for service fee payments to the Qantas Agency Connect Team.

  • EMD Type: ‘S’
  • Service Code: ‘ICSF’
  • RFIC: ‘D’
  • RFISC: ‘ICS’

Once the EMD has been raised, you should submit payment to the Qantas Agency Connect Team through the Ticket Request Form on Qantas Agency Connect.
