Below are some of the basic fare rules of the Qantas Explorer fares. Please make sure you rely on your GDS or technology partner for the latest fare rules and pricing. 

  • Booking Classes:
    • Australian domestic Business class: Bookable in D class.
    • Australian domestic Economy class: Bookable in H, K, M, L, V, S, N, Q classes.
  • Fares cannot be purchased after departure.
  • No limit on maximum number of sectors.
  • Must be combined with an international fare into Australia.
  • International ticketing time limit applies.
  • International baggage limits apply.
