Dietary Required Meals

Dietary required meals can be requested for customers with dietary or medical needs, for religious beliefs and for children.

Use this guide to assist you in booking and servicing your customer's dietary required meal requests.

We provide a broad selection of meals to suit most dietary requirements. Customers may bring their own food to ensure their specific dietary requirements are met. Unfortunately we are not able to refrigerate or heat their meal onboard. The meal must comply with local security screening requirements.

All the listed meals can be booked via your Technology Partner connected to the Qantas Distribution Platform and other technology systems.

Important

Qantas requires dietary required meals to be requested a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. Kosher meals should be requested a minimum of 36 hours prior to scheduled departure.
