For customers travelling to the United States, effective 12.01am (ET) / 2.01 pm (AEST) on 12 June, the United States Government no longer requires a negative Covid-19 pre-departure test or documentation of recovery.
Customers who are not US citizens, lawful permanent residents or immigrant must sign an attestation that you meet government entry requirements and are vaccinated. Please refer to Travel to the United States to print and complete the new United States Passenger Attestation and bring to the airport for check in.
Whether your customers are travelling from, to or within Australia, ensure you check the latest government travel requirements, which may include mandatory health declarations, vaccinations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval and quarantine (possibly at your customer’s own expense), or they could be denied entry.
Ensure your customer meets all the travel and documentation requirements before they check in.
Vaccination exemptions and medical clearance
If your customer cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, or require prior positive medical clearance for their pre-departure test.
