Update for customers travelling to and from Melbourne

From Thursday 23 July, all customers on flights travelling to and from Melbourne will be required to wear a mask at the boarding gate and for the duration of their flight.

Masks are provided to customers on all flights prior to boarding as part of our Fly Well program. 

If you have customers with upcoming flights to or from Melbourne, please refer your customer to the latest Victorian Government restrictionsOpens external site related to the use of masks prior to travel.

Customers are advised to defer their travel plans if they are displaying cold and flu symptoms. For bookings impacted due to a customer feeling unwell, visit Commercial policy for unwell customers.
