Qantas Agency Connect Service Requests enables you 24/7 access to a suite of support tools to assist in managing your customer booking requirements.
My Requests
My Requests allows you to view and track Service Requests made through Qantas Agency Connect.
For each Service Request raised you will receive a unique My Request number which is viewable for six months. Service Requests include schedule changes, fare quotes or fare reassessments, name corrections, flights cancelled in error, class upgrades, suspend coupons, fare rule waivers and ticket requests.
Schedule Change
Complete this service when your customer has been affected by a schedule change to obtain an authority for ticket reissue where required.
Fare Quote or Reassessment
Submit this form to obtain a guaranteed Qantas fare quote or reassessment. All fare information will be added into your booking.
Manage Booking
Service your bookings with seat selection, meal requests, pre-paid additional baggage as well as other options available to your customers.
Flight Status
Check the flight status and the real-time flight information for your customer's Qantas, QantasLink and codeshare flights.
Flight Cancelled in Error
Request to reinstate your customer's Qantas flights that have been cancelled in error in your GDS within the last 24 hours.
Class Upgrade
Request a booking class upgrade on a Qantas flight to a higher booking class within the same cabin that is not available to book.
