If your customer needs to apply for medical clearance, they must submit their documentation to us 7 days prior to their scheduled flight.

Your customer's Qantas flights

Qantas may need to contact your customer via SMS or email using the information in their booking. To enable us to provide the best service to your customer, we request that you add your customer’s contact details to their booking via an OSI. International flights from Queensland and New Zealand have been pushed back in line with government travel restrictions while Melbourne-London flights will now start in late November due to subdued initial demand.

Qantas is gradually restarting international services. A range of international routes will recommence ahead of schedule, with select international services resuming from 1 November 2021 for Australian citizens, permanent residents and their immediate families, including parents, in line with Australian Government requirements.
