For customers travelling to the United States, effective 12.01am (ET) / 2.01 pm (AEST) on 12 June, the United States Government no longer requires a negative Covid-19 pre-departure test or documentation of recovery.
Customers who are not US citizens, lawful permanent residents or immigrant must sign an attestation that you meet government entry requirements and are vaccinated. Whether your customers are travelling from, to or within Australia, ensure you check the latest government travel requirements, which may include mandatory health declarations, vaccinations, entry permits, pre-approval and quarantine (possibly at your customer’s own expense), or they could be denied entry.

Qantas may need to contact your customer via SMS or email using the information in their booking. To enable us to provide the best service to your customer, we request that you add your customer’s contact details to their booking via an OSI.
