Seven-month Qantas Club membership extension

Latest News|Published 26 August 2021

We are giving eligible Qantas Club members extended access to all membership benefits for another seven months

This extension is available for Qantas Club members who held a paid Qantas Club membership from 30 June 2021 and originally purchased their membership with a credit or debit card, or by redeeming Qantas Points.

Qantas Club memberships will be automatically extended. There’s no need for customers to do anything, their membership expiry date will be updated in their account in October. Once their membership has been extended, customers can view their updated details by visiting My Account at qantas.com or the Qantas App. As we will not be issuing new Qantas Club membership cards, we recommend customers to download the Qantas App where they can view and use their digital card for eligible lounge access

For those who have purchased an Annual Guest Card, this will also be extended for a further seven months from the date of expiry of their Annual Guest Card.

Most Complimentary Lounge Invitations will also be extended by seven months. This excludes invitation/s received as part of Points Club, or as a Silver tiered member benefit. Members can view the expiry date/s of their invitation/s via the Complimentary Lounge Invitations portal.

For more information, including detailed questions and answers, visit the Qantas website.
