Cruise ship passengers
Latest News|Published 22 March 2020
The Australian Government has advised that all cruise ship passengers arriving in Australia are required to self-isolate for 14 days from the day of disembarkation and cannot continue with onward flights, other than a same day domestic flight to their intended destination in Australia to self-isolate there.
If customers have been on a cruise ship in the last 14 days, they will not be able to fly on any international Qantas flights.
For passengers impacted by these restrictions, Agents are advised to refer to the commercial policy regarding government restrictions.
