As things remain uncertain in the current environment , we are giving eligible Qantas Club members extended access to all membership benefits for another three months.
This extension is available for Qantas Club members who have an active membership as at 23 March 2021, originally purchased with a credit or debit card, or by redeeming Qantas Points.
Qantas Club memberships will be automatically extended by the end of March 2021 and customers can view their updated details by visiting My Account at qantas.com or the Qantas App. As we will not be issuing new Qantas Club membership cards, we recommend customers to download the Qantas App where they can view and use their digital card for eligible lounge access.
For those who have purchased an Annual Guest Card, this will also be extended for a further three months. Customers can confirm their eligibility for the three-month extension here.
For more information, including detailed questions and answers, visit the Qantas website.
Important Information
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.
Disclaimer: * Lounge access eligibility is based on a customer’s class of travel, Qantas Club membership, Qantas Frequent Flyer or oneworld® membership tier. Access to Qantas lounges is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Club. Eligible customers may access an open Australian domestic Qantas Club or Qantas regional lounge in their departure port, when their next onward flight on the same day is with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ, 3K or GK) flight number on their ticket. If an Australian domestic Qantas Club or Qantas regional lounge is closed, and a Qantas Business lounge is open in that same airport, customers with lounge access eligibility will have temporary access to the Business lounge. International First, International Business, Partner and Associated lounge access remains closed until further notice. For more information, visit the Qantas website.
As at 9 March 2021, Qantas Australian Domestic Lounges are open one hour prior to each Qantas operated service until last Qantas departure and are subject to changes in state and territory specific restrictions, or health and safety advice. Temporary measures have been put in place such as lounge capacity restrictions, physical distancing requirements and changes to our food and beverage service offerings. Qantas International lounges remain closed until further notice. For more information and to see which lounges are open, visit the Qantas website at Temporary inflight and airport service changes.
