We will be undertaking planned maintenance to our Salesforce database on Saturday 1 April 2023 between 2.30pm and 7.30pm AEDT.
During this time, you will not be able to complete any activities through the Qantas Agency Connect site, including:
- Registering for access to Qantas Agency Connect and the Qantas Channel
- Logging in to Qantas Agency Connect
- Accessing service requests through Qantas Agency Connect (only available in AU, UK, US, CA, NZ)
- Subscribing to communications via the Agency News page (only available in AU, UK, US, CA, NZ)
We anticipate the maintenance will be completed without incident and the outage over within the advised timeframe, however if it is extended, we will provide updates on this page.
