Qantas Agency Connect is a dedicated online portal which provides Travel Agents with the tools to self-service their customers' bookings anytime.
How to self-service your customer booking online
Qantas Agency Connect Service Requests enables you 24/7 access to a suite of support tools to assist in managing your customer booking requirements.
Below are the most common self-service requests, or you can view all Service Requests here.
Schedule Change
Complete this service to manage your customer’s booking and obtain an authority to reissue their ticket following a schedule change
Suspend Coupons
Suspend an eligible coupon on your customer’s Qantas Australian Domestic ticket
Name Correction
Request a name correction for an error in your customer’s name. Qantas Agency Connect will reissue the ticket as required
If a service request cannot be actioned online, please call the Qantas Agency Connect team for assistance.
The Qantas Agency Connect site is available to you 24/7 for service requests, policies and information. Please call the Qantas Agency Connect Team for:
- Schedule Changes when unable to be actioned online
- Fare reassessment for imminent departures
- Any fare reassessments that cannot be requested online and oneworld fare quotes and reassessments
- Suspend coupons in M class which currently cannot be actioned online
