Your agency manager will need to register or log in to Qantas Agency Connect to enable online registration for Qantas Channel.

How do I check the status of my Qantas Channel registration?

If you have already registered for the Qantas Channel, please continue to check your status on My Agency Profile, via the Manager Login on Qantas Agency Connect. Within My Agency Profile you can view your agency’s registration status including the Pseudo City Codes/Office IDs that are applicable for your agency’s access in the Qantas Channel.

Important information

To be eligible for Qantas Agency Connect registration, your agency must hold a valid IATA, TIDS or ARC number. Your agency can apply for an IATAOpens external site in a new windowTIDS or ARCOpens external site in a new window number through the relevant organisation.

Your agency manager can register for Qantas Agency Connect in three steps

  1. Complete your agency and manager details on the Qantas Agency Connect registration form
  2. Agree to the Qantas Agency Connect Terms and Conditions and submit your registration request
  3. Follow the instructions on the confirmation email to set up your password within 24 hours

2. Update your PCC/OID details via My Agency Profile

If your agency has a one-to-one agreement with a GDS or Approved Technology Partner, please complete your Qantas Channel registration as an Independent Agency.

Multi Agency Registration for Qantas Channel

If your agency manages the GDS or Approved Technology Partner contract on behalf of other Agencies or your Agency has multiple IATA, TIDS or ARC numbers (more than one and up to 25), please complete your Qantas Channel registration as a Multi-Agency.

Does your Agency have more than 25 IATA, TIDS or ARC numbers?

Registration for the Qantas Channel will happen at head office level. You should contact your head office to confirm your agency’s participation.

Providing your Customer ID for Qantas Channel Registration

Your Customer ID is different to your PCC/OID. When registering for the Qantas Channel, you will need to enter your PCCs/OIDs in the PCC/OID tab via My Agency Profile before you commence the Qantas Channel registration.

If your agency has a GDS Customer ID, you need to enter this when you select your GDS during the Qantas Channel registration. Sabre and Sabre Asia Pacific customers must enter their Customer ID.

Your agency manager must enter into an agreement with your GDS or Approved Technology to access the Qantas Channel..

Monitor the progress of your agency's Qantas Channel registration through My Agency Profile

As an agency manager, you can track the progress of your Qantas Channel registration through My Agency Profile. Once your Qantas Channel registration has been submitted, your GDS or Approved Technology Partner has 30 days to validate the information and provide confirmation to Qantas.
