How do I check my customers Member Savings account code?

To view and price Member Savings for your customer, confirm your customer’s membership level and account code by using the Qantas Business Rewards ABN Lookup Tool or ask your customer.

Enter the account code using the correct GDS format to view discount fares available.

Ensure you enter your customers ABN and Qantas Frequent Flyer number into the booking in the correct GDS format to ensure they earn their points and discounts.

Combining Member Savings with Published fares

Qantas Business Rewards Member Savings are combinable with published fares - for both domestic and international bookings. 

When pricing eligible itineraries QBR Member Savings and published fares will appear in the same fare display.

Eg: When making a combined booking for a Level 1 member, you will see HLCUQA (Member Deal) & HLFL (Published) in the same fare display.

Each independent fare’s rules apply. When pricing, the cheapest fare combination will be returned based on rules and routing.  Qantas Business Rewards continues to follow the same commission rules as published fares.

Qantas Club Payment via EMD

Agents can claim 10% commission on Qantas Club membership for Qantas Business Rewards members.

To claim commission on Qantas Club memberships, agents must issue payment via the EMD process. Other forms of payment used are ineligible to receive commission.

Commission is applicable to both new joins and renewal memberships on Qantas Business Rewards customers.
