Simply make a new booking on any eligible flight to over 60 destinations across our domestic network and your customers will be rewarded with double Status Credits.
With no limit to the number of eligible bookings you can make within the promotional period, it's a great for your customers to maintain their current tier or reach their next tier sooner.
How your customers can earn double Status Credits
- Your customers must register for this offer by 11:59pm AEDT 30 March 2021 (all passengers in each booking must register separately to earn double Status Credits).
- Book any eligible Qantas operated Australian domestic flight with a QF flight number between 25 and 30 March 2021, for travel between 31 March 2021 and 28 February 2022
- Include your customers’ Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in the booking
Bonus Status Credits will be credited to your customer’s account up to six weeks after travel.

How do my customers register for the double Status Credits offer?
Your customers can use the campaign registration page to opt into the offer. They’ll need to log in and complete the registration process. On the following pages they will receive confirmation they have registered for the double Status Credits offer.
What flights are eligible for this offer?
When will customers receive the bonus Status Credits?
Bonus Status Credits may take up to 6 weeks after completion of travel to be credited to your customers Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
What do Status Credits count towards?
Status Credits count towards retaining a current membership tier or reaching the next membership tier. To attain or retain status, the required number of Status Credits must be earned in the members Frequent Flyer account by the end of their current membership year.
What do bonus Status Credits count towards?
Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer also count towards retaining or attaining your membership tier and the Qantas Status Fast Track earn requirement. However bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements.
How many bookings can I make?
There is no limit to the number of eligible flight bookings that can be made during the promotional period.
If the customer has received another bonus offer, will both offers count for the booking?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one bonus Status Credits offer can be applied to an eligible flight segment. If a customer qualifies and register for multiple bonus Status Credits offers for the same flight, the highest value bonus Status Credits offer will be applied to each individual qualifying segment. For example, if they qualify and register for a 50% more Status Credits offer and a double Status Credits offer on the same flight, they will receive the double Status Credits offer as it will result in the highest total number of bonus Status Credits. Only one Status Credits offer can be used per individual qualifying segment of an itinerary.
What happens if my customer’s flight is changed or cancelled by Qantas?
We may make some changes to our schedule as a result of various government restrictions and to the associated impacts of COVID-19. If we’ve cancelled your customer’s Qantas flight, we'll rebook them on the next available flight to their booked destination (if possible), at no additional cost to the customer. Alternatively, they can choose a flight credit or a refund. They won’t be charged any change or cancellation fees.
What happens if my customer wants to change their flight?
Until 30 April 2021, when your customers make a new booking on any Qantas operated Australian domestic flight for travel between 12 June 2020 and 28 February 2022, they’ll enjoy added flexibility with unlimited fee-free date changes and the option to change the date of their travel as often as they need. Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only for this bonus Status Credits offer if your customers book and travel within the promotional dates as listed above. If they cancel their initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, this bonus Status Credits offer will not apply.
Are Qantas Flight Vouchers eligible for this offer?
Flight Vouchers purchased and redeemed for an eligible flight booking made during the promotion will earn double Status Credits. Flight Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or travelled within the booking or travel period dates), will not earn double Status Credits.
Important Information
You customer must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Points and Status Credits. A joining fee may apply. Membership, Points and Status Credits are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
