Renew your Group or Corporate membership
If your customer is registered under a Group or Corporate discount scheme and would like to renew their membership, they can call our dedicated Corporate line on 1300 402 515, or request a call back via this link here. If they request a call back, a member of our team will contact them within 5-7 business days to process their renewal. Ensure your customer has their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and Group or Corporate scheme number ready.

Members who purchase a 1-year renewal membership, will earn a bonus 50 Status Credits; and members who purchase a 2-year renewal membership, will earn a bonus 100 Status Credits. Individual membership does not include any new memberships opened as part of Group or Corporate membership scheme. Qantas Club Corporate, Group or Partner memberships and Annual Guest Cards are not eligible for this bonus offer. This offer is not transferable. Only one bonus Status Credits offer can be applied per individual renewing their Qantas Club Individual membership. Bonus Status Credits may take up to six weeks after purchase to be credited to the customer’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Those who renew their Qantas Club Individual memberships using Qantas Points during the promotion period will be eligible to earn bonus Status Credits. Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements.
