Until 31 January 2023, Qantas Frequent Flyers can book any eligible flight using their Qantas ticket credit (travel credit) and fly away with double Qantas Points. It’s our way of making sure your customers get the most out of using their Qantas ticket credit in 2023. Conditions apply.  

To make things easier for you and your customers, we’ve simplified and relaxed some fare conditions for tickets issued prior to 1 October 2021 that are reissued between 15 December 2022 and 31 January 2023. We’re removing change fees, allowing name changes free of charge on both Australian domestic and international itineraries and we’re also extending the validity of reissued tickets. Relaxed conditions on eligible bookings

Your customers can register to earn double points

Ensure your customer is a Qantas Frequent Flyer and registers by 31 January 2023 to earn bonus double Qantas Points which will be awarded from 8 weeks after travel.

Terms and Conditions Agent Incentive

*Campaign starts 12.01am AEDT 15 December 2022 and ends 11.59pm AEDT 31 January 2023.

Eligible Ticket: A ticket reissued within the Campaign Period from a ticket issued prior to 1 October 2021. Includes all eligible tickets from all Points-of-Sale.

Agent Incentive Payment: AU$10 (or local currency equivalent) on every Eligible Ticket booked and ticketed during the campaign period. 

Each Eligible Ticket must be booked and ticketed within the campaign period. 

Agent Incentive Payment will only be made on Eligible Tickets and will be exclusive of GST (if any). 

For Agent Incentive Payments made to agents outside of Australia, we will use the rate of exchange as at Wednesday, 1 February 2023 to calculate the per eligible Agent Incentive Payment amount. 

Agent Incentive Payment will be made to the ticketing agent on all Eligible Tickets ticketed during the Campaign Period, and as reported through Qantas’ reporting system. 

Agent Incentive Payment will be made via an ACM directly to the ticketing agent, within 6 weeks of the end of the Campaign Period. 

Qantas accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the Agent Incentive Payment. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Receipt of Agent Incentive Payment by the Agency or individual may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. To the extent that there is any FBT liability, this will be paid for by the employer of the recipient. The grossed-up value of a prize and any other Fringe Benefits the recipient receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipient's annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law.

To participate customers must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member holding a Qantas ticket credit. Qantas Frequent Flyer members who register on the campaign page or via email and make an Eligible Flight booking ticketed between 12:01am (AEDT) Thursday 15 December 2022 and 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 January 2023, for travel between 12.01am (AEDT) Thursday 15 December 2022 and 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 December 2023 will earn double Qantas Points. To be eligible, part or full payment must be made with a Qantas ticket held in credit. Booking fees may apply, the individual terms and conditions of the Qantas ticket credit still apply. All members in a booking must individually register and have their Qantas Frequent Flyer number included in their booking to be eligible. Double Qantas Points will be earned on each eligible flight booked within the offer period. Double Qantas Points will be credited to eligible Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts from eight (8) weeks after travel. Qantas reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the promotion or promotion period at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms including but not limited to, cancelling or in any way modifying the offer or the offer period. Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if booked, ticketed (regardless of payment date) and travelled within the promotional dates as listed above. If the customer cancels their initial qualifying booking or changes it to be outside the promotional period, the double Qantas Points offer will not apply. An Eligible Flight for the purpose of this promotion means a flight with a ‘QF’ flight number on an Australian Domestic or International ticket where a Qantas travel credit was used for full or part payment and where Qantas Points are normally earned. For full details, see terms and conditions. Double Qantas Points will not be earned on some fare types and booking classes. See Airline Earning Table for details. Other passengers in the same booking must register separately to be eligible for this offer. This offer is not transferable. If the customer qualifies and registers for multiple bonus Qantas Points offers for the same flight segment, the highest value bonus offer will be applied to each individual qualifying segment. Only one double Qantas Points offer can be used per individual qualifying segment of the customer’s itinerary. Double Qantas Points are based on the Base Rate which applies, or the Minimum Points Guarantee if applicable. Double Qantas Points may be earned on multiple eligible flight bookings made during the promotion period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Qantas Points or Status Credits offers offered by Qantas. Flights are subject to availability and any applicable fare conditions. Flights can be booked via a travel agent. Fees and charges may apply. The customer’s Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be recorded at the time of registration and booking to earn double Qantas Points.
