International Inflight Dining
Award winning wines and world class inflight dining
Fly with Qantas and you'll enjoy one of the finest dining experiences inflight and in our Lounges found anywhere in the world. This season, the cuisines of the world are the inspiration for a wide range of new dishes made from freshest seasonal ingredients.
A host of Rockpool favourites are taking to the sky such as snapper poached in coconut milk and garam masala with egg noodles and snow peas; beef fillet with green beans, potato and cabbage gratin; and roast lamb rack with rosemary potatoes.
On Business flights departing Australia, customers can expect springtime favourites such as an asparagus, green peas and Ligurian olive salad, served with fresh South Australian Woodside goat curd.
Customers in First will experience the Glacier 51 Toothfish - sourced from the Australian zone of the sub-Antarctic region and pan fried with zucchini, chilli and tomato scapece, polenta and pine nut pesto.
And to accompany these delicious dishes, you can now request Charles Heidsick Champagne in Business and First alongside the Strawberry Daiquiri as a pre take off drink.
Five star dining
With flawless service, a multi-award winning wine cellar and a five star dining menu created by Qantas consulting chef Neil Perry, Qantas have set a new benchmark in dining in First.
Enjoy delicious and innovative cuisine created from sustainable and locally sourced produce and served by our silver service trained cabin staff. Choose from 12 delicious main courses, with the opportunity to indulge in an 8-course tasting menu on selected services.
If you are in First departing Sydney, you can also enjoy the Neil Perry Rockpool Market Inspirations plate in addition to the onboard menu. Already on offer in our First lounges in Melbourne and Sydney, each Market Inspirations plate is inspired by seasonal produce and changes every four to six weeks in flight.

We're pleased to announce that we have won Best First Class Cellar, Best First Class White Wine: Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay 2009 Australia and Best First Class Sparkling wine: Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, 2000, France.
The awards are a reflection of our commitment to offer our First customers one of the most highly awarded selections of wine in the skies.
We pride ourselves on a charismatic selection of cutting edge boutique drops and iconic wines that showcase the diversity and quality of the Australian wine industry. At hand to help you make the right choice in International Business and First are our Sommeliers in the Sky, cabin crew who have been exhaustively trained in all aspects of wine service.
Dine when it suits you
We have redesigned our international Business menus to offer a contemporary selection of Rockpool inspired small and main plates on all international flights (excluding Noumea and trans-Tasman flights).
Our International Business menus are all about choice. The enhanced menus give you the option to eat something light or a three course meal. You can also choose when you eat, so you can maximise your sleep on board.
Throughout your flight, let our cabin crew prepare you delicious refreshments such as our signature Chicken Schnitzel and Swiss Cheese Toasted Sandwich, or simply help yourself from our inflight bar, available on all B747-400, A330 and A380 aircraft.
You can also enjoy the confidence of pre-selecting and confirming your inflight meal choice through Select on Q-Eat, now available in Business on selected international flights. If you plan to dine in one of our lounges before you fly, simply select the 'No meal - maximise my rest option' up to 12 hours before you fly, and our Cabin Crew will make your bed up directly after take-off.
