From June 2016, customers travelling in Business across the Tasman with us (excluding Noumea) can enjoy an exciting new dining experience.

Designed by Neil Perry, our Rockpool-inspired menus will showcase the freshest seasonal ingredients, changing weekly to offer greater variety than ever before. You'll enjoy stylish Marc Newson tableware, personalised restaurant style service and of course, delicious food that's cooked and served fresh onboard. Complementing this will be a large selection of beverages to round out our new offering.

Award-winning wines and world class inflight dining

Fly with Qantas and you'll enjoy one of the finest inflight dining experiences found anywhere in the world. This season, the cuisines of the world are the inspiration for a wide range of new dishes made from freshest seasonal ingredients.

And to accompany our delicious dishes, you can now request Charles Heidsick Champagne in Business and First alongside the Strawberry Daiquiri as a pre take-off drink.

Five star dining

With flawless service, a multi-award winning wine cellar and a five star dining menu created by Qantas Creative Director, Food, Beverage & Service, Neil Perry, Qantas have set a new benchmark for dining in First.

Cuisine

Enjoy delicious and innovative cuisine created from sustainable and locally sourced produce and served by our silver service trained cabin staff. Choose from 12 delicious main courses, with the opportunity to indulge in an 8-course tasting menu on selected services.

If you are in First departing Sydney, you can also enjoy the Neil Perry Rockpool Market Inspirations plate in addition to the onboard menu. Already on offer in our First lounges in Melbourne and Sydney, each Market Inspirations plate is inspired by seasonal produce and changes every four to six weeks in flight.

Dine when it suits you

We have redesigned our international Business menus to offer a contemporary selection of Rockpool inspired small and main plates on all international flights (excluding Noumea flights).

Our International Business menus are all about choice. The enhanced menus give you the option to eat something light or a three course meal. You can also choose when you eat, so you can maximise your sleep on board.

Cuisine

Throughout your flight, let our cabin crew prepare you delicious refreshments such as our signature Chicken Schnitzel and Swiss Cheese Toasted Sandwich, or simply help yourself from our inflight bar, available on all B747-400, A330 and A380 aircraft.

You can also enjoy the confidence of pre-selecting and confirming your inflight meal choice through Select on Q-Eat, now available in Business on selected international flights. If you plan to dine in one of our lounges before you fly, simply select the 'No meal - maximise my rest option' up to 12 hours before you fly, and our Cabin Crew will make your bed up directly after take-off.

Premium Economy

Dining is a pleasure in international Premium Economy with our delicious Neil Perry Rockpool inspired menu complemented by premium Australian wines selected by the Qantas Wine Panel.

Enjoy an elegant inflight experience with a pre take-off drink, before enjoying your meal presented on beautiful tableware.

Select on Q-Eat is now available in Premium Economy on selected flights, meaning you can pre-order your meal choice online with confidence. If you know you are going to dine on the ground before your flight, simply select the 'No meal - maximise my rest option' up to 12 hours before you fly, and refreshments will be available for you throughout the flight.

Choose from a selection of snacks and drinks throughout your flight with our continuous refreshment service. Or, if you're travelling on the A380, simply help yourself from the self-serve snack bar.

Economy

We've rolled out a new inflight dining experience in international Economy.

No more trays and more meal choices - we've revolutionised the way our customers eat onboard. The meal service is quicker, with meals being delivered and cleared faster; giving you more time to do the things you want to do.

You can look forward to exciting dishes such as spiced lamb koftas with tomato, Riverina feta and roast potatoes; honey chicken salad with roasted vegetables and farro; and yellow curry barramundi with jasmine rice.

We also offer a bespoke Bickfords welcome drink after take-off, as well as snacks throughout the flight.

What's more, customers in Australia can choose their meal online up to 12 hours prior to departure on selected flights. Simply go to Select on Q-Eat under Manage Your Booking and you'll also get access to exclusive online dishes.
