Qantas Centre of Service Excellence
In January 2009, we opened the Qantas Centre of Service Excellence in Sydney also known throughout Qantas as the home of eXceptional our brand-aligned end-to-end customer experience training program.
The Centre of Service Excellence has primarily become the hub for recruitment, induction, learning and development programs, as well as social events.
Since opening we have had well over 200,000 guests visit the centre, attending a variety of training courses and events.

We offer a $10 million state-of-the-art space with an experiential environment for learning, collaboration and interaction, in and across teams and functions.
The interactive Customer Experience Zones are designed to allow guests to live and breathe the Qantas brand and bring the customer end-to-end journey to life. As well as being a training centre, the facility is also used for showcasing the Qantas product through events and functions.
The Centre offers a wide range of services from catering to staging and audio visual experts through in-house partner companies to ensure your event is exceptional.
Features of the Qantas Centre of Service Excellence (CoSE)
There are a number of multi-use meeting rooms to choose from which can accommodate groups of 2 to 40 delegates. All meeting rooms have telephone and network audio and video outlets of data sharing.
If you need a private Boardroom with presentation facilities then this Mezzanine level space will appeal.
The unique design of this space is ideal for product launches, cocktails, gala dinners and presentations. Customer experience zones offer an inspiring break out option for conferences.
Acoustically designed room with tier seating is perfect for use as a small auditorium for groups of up to 132.
The image room is a versatile space set up like a professional make-up studio; it is here our frontline staff undergo grooming training.
In the presentation room we have salon style work stations, along with day spa massage tables. In this room we can conduct grooming and spa training.
Wine and Epicurean rooms
The Wine and Epicurean rooms facilitate our cabin crew sommelier training and fine dining training. At Qantas we have a team of sommelier who are able to conduct wine training and food matching classes. You'll also be able to make use of projection and audio capabilities.
The Qantas Centre of Service Excellence is located 10 minutes from Sydney airport and 12 minutes from Sydney CBD. The centre offers secure parking for up to 30 cars.
