Lounge Access Invitations
1.1 These Terms and Conditions and the Club Rules govern membership of the Qantas Club and the use of Qantas Club facilities.
1.2 Each Member of the Qantas Club is responsible for complying with, and ensuring that their lounge guests comply with, these Terms and Conditions and the Club Rules.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication shown above and may be amended from time to time.
2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
|Lounge Access Invitation||is an invitation that Qantas extends to Eligible Customers to purchase Lounge Access.|
|Lounge Access||means access for Eligible Customers to an Eligible Lounge on the day of the Eligible flight(s).|
|Eligible Customers||are customers who have received or whose name has been included in a Lounge Access Invitation.|
|Eligible Lounge||is the Qantas Club or Qantas International Business Lounge at the departure port(s) specified in the Lounge Access Invitation.|
|Eligible Flight(s)||is/are the flight(s) specified in the Lounge Access Invitation.|
3.1 Lounge Access must be purchased before check-in for the Eligible Flight(s) closes or the Lounge Access Invitation becomes invalid.
3.2 Eligible customers may be offered a Lounge Access Invitation with a discount(s) offer to purchase Lounge Access. Prices shown in the invitation will be the final amount with the discount applied. If the Eligible Flight(s) is/are changed or cancelled, previously provided discount offer(s) may not become available to future flight(s). Discounts are provided solely at the discretion of Qantas, cannot be requested, are not negotiable and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
4.1 If an Eligible Customer changes the date or departure port of, or cancels, the Eligible Flight(s), the Lounge Access Invitation becomes invalid and any Lounge Access purchased is non-refundable.
4.2 If an Eligible Customer changes the time of the Eligible Flights(s) only and the date of the Eligible Flight(s) remains the same, the Lounge Access Invitation remains valid and any Lounge Access purchased is non-refundable.
5.1 Eligible Customers can access the Eligible Lounge on the day of the Eligible Flight, before departure. Lounge Access is subject to the Terms and Conditions of that lounge. Lounge Access is subject to space availability and Eligible Customers may be refused entry if the lounge is full. A full refund is permitted in this situation. Refunds must be applied for through the Qantas Refunds form.
5.2 Smart, casual dress standards apply as a minimum at all times and entry may be refused if Eligible Customers do not meet that standard. Bare feet or clothing with offensive images or slogans are not acceptable. In addition, individual lounges may have Club Rules regarding specific items of clothing which are not acceptable. Individual lounge managers will have discretion to administer these standards as they reasonably deem appropriate in the circumstances. A refund is not permitted in this situation. Qantas Club and International Business lounge staff have the discretion to refuse entry to any Eligible Customer if, in their reasonable opinion, the Eligible Customer has not or will not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Club Rules, or the refusal is necessary or convenient for the orderly operation of the lounge or other facilities or the safety or comfort of other members, their guests and staff. A refund is not permitted in this situation.
5.3 Eligible Customers under the legal drinking age must be accompanied by an Eligible Customer of, or over, the legal drinking age in any Eligible Lounge. Legal drinking age may vary in different jurisdictions and countries.
5.4 Invitations are sent at Qantas' absolute and sole discretion. Offers are subject to availability and Qantas can choose to withdraw an offer at any time.
